"I have always believed that human beings are capable of far more than they realise.

Life is limitless.

The moment we start to think otherwise, we start to put restraints on ourselves and our abilities.  Fall in love with the best version of yourself..."

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified and experienced Therapist and adhere to professional code of ethics and good practice.

Working as a Manager for NHS Teams and as a Wellbeing Lead for businesses has facilitated the development of my skills and to become more confident in tailoring my approach to individuals. I have years of experience across various teams within the NHS and external businesses. Over the years I have worked with countless amounts of patients in hospital, educational and community settings. I have a vast range of experience working with a range of presentations from psychiatric, psychological, and societal issues. Working in a range of environments and pressures, has given me the opportunity to apply different theoretical models in practice and working in an integrative way.

I believe that it is vital to approach situations with sensitivity for individuals to explore their weaknesses and limitations, as well as their strengths and opportunities. I believe in the importance of a person-cantered approach and utilizing various theories and concepts. By exploring and understanding an individual’s life with an open mind, we can explore and recognize underlying themes with greater clarity.
